PRONTO - Ginza Corridor
A moment to unwind in the city.
Fresh pasta and coffee by day, a neon-lit retro pub by night. Discover the varied menu at PRONTO - Ginza Corridor, from morning toast sets to evening bites and drinks.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Shifting seamlessly with the rhythm of the neighborhood, PRONTO - Ginza Corridor transitions from the morning rush to evening toasts. Breakfast options feature classic toast sets and customizable Asagopan bread sets, providing a calm start over a cup of hot coffee or café latte. By day, the bright interior makes an easy stop for a solo meal, quick laptop work using the Wi-Fi, or simply catching your breath.
At lunchtime, fresh pasta takes center stage. Options such as melting mozzarella in rich tomato sauce or shrimp and avocado in basil sauce coat the chewy noodles generously, offering satisfying fare. Other choices include Japanese-style carbonara and eggplant with bacon in tomato sauce, adapting easily to whatever you crave that day. For a post-meal treat or an afternoon coffee break, sweet finishes like the fragrant maple soufflé pancake or the Uji matcha Basque cheesecake round out the visit.
Once the clock strikes 17:00, the atmosphere shifts completely as nostalgic neon lights up the retro tavern concept known as "Kissakaba." Small sharing plates fill the tables, from playful octopus-cut red sausages and bubbling shrimp ajillo to straightforward French fries. Drinks flow just as easily, with pours ranging from The Premium Malt's Kaoru Ale and Kaku highballs to staple lemon sours, Sui gin and soda, and colorful sangria.
A classic finale to the night is the noticeably firm retro pudding, served on a nostalgic metal dish. Its rich egg flavor and dense texture find balance in bitter caramel and whipped cream, making a memorable impression after drinks. Because coffee and ice-cream floats remain available late into the night, the space serves just as well for an after-work pit stop, a 0nd-stop drinks gathering along Corridor Street, or a calm evening café wind-down.
